ClaimLateInterest is operated by Promitheas Daildalos, a UK sole trader. [Trading address TBC.]

The service calculates statutory late payment interest and compensation and helps you send reminders about your own business-to-business invoices. It does not give legal advice and is not a debt collection service. You are responsible for checking your contract terms and what you send to your clients.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. UK and EU VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and Paddle sends your receipt.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Paddle under its buyer refund policy. [Complaints contact, liability cap, governing law (England and Wales): TBC.]
